Dr.Magpie ("the Service") offers both free and paid subscription plans. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for paid subscriptions purchased through our platform.
The Free plan is provided at no cost. Since no payment is involved, no refund applies.
If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase. This applies to:
After the 7-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may still cancel at any time, and your Pro access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are non-refundable. If you do not wish to be charged for the next billing cycle, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription from the account menu or the pricing page.
If you experience a significant service outage or technical issue that prevents you from using the Pro features you paid for, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion, regardless of the 7-day window. Please contact us with details of the issue.
